Precision regarding the alleged confusion on watts and joules :


Joule (J) : unit of energy. It is used to designate an amount of energy, for example stored in a battery
Watt (W) : unit of power, or a rate of energy transfer. It is used to describe the passing of energy in a wire, or an ongoing input of energy to make a machine work.
watt-hour (Wh) : is also a unit of energy (just like the Joule), and can also be used to designate an amount of energy stored in a battery. 1 Wh = 3600 J. I represents the total amount of energy consumed or produced when a power or one watt is sustained for one hour (3600 seconds).
So there is in fact no confusion ingame about these concepts. The article should be corrected accordingly.
