Description
The Area Power Controller is used to store small to medium amounts of power(depending on which cell you put in) and reduce power fluctuations.
Usage
Can be opened with a Crowbar. A battery must be placed in the APC and the switch must be set to 'ON' state for it to function. Currently, the dials in the APC do nothing. </translate>
