Description
The Area Power Controller is used to store small to medium amounts of power (depending on which cell you put in) and reduce power fluctuations.
Usage
Can be opened with a Crowbar. A battery must be placed in the APC and the switch must be set to 'ON' state for it to function. Currently, the dials in the APC do nothing. </translate>
