Description
Welder is one of the tools you start with. Used to weld sheets onto frames, see Iron Frames for example.
It uses a mixture of gas to power to run it. Reports are that correct gas ratio for welder gas is 75% H2 to 25% O2
Use
Use 'R' while hand selects Welder to open inventory and replace canister.
Use 'O' to toggle on and off state.
