The Area Power Controller| is used to store small to medium amounts of power(depending on which cell you put in) and reduce power fluctuations. Can be opened with a Crowbar. A battery must be placed in the APC and the switch must be set to 'on' for it to function. Currently, the dials in the APC do nothing.
