This creates a Pipe Cowl that can be placed on the end of pipes to expose them to the world atmospheres.

Permits gasses to go through when connected to a pipe network. Typically used as a smaller alternative to a Passive Vent. But beware that the Pipe Cowl has a significantly smaller throughput than the Passive Vent. So if you want to vent gas as quickly as possible the Passive Vent is the better choice. </translate>
